The full-service bar, staffed by a dedicated bartender, offers beer, wine, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails. Guests may enjoy curated pre-order menus or live cooking demonstrations as meals are prepared fresh in front of them, creating a memorable and interactive dining experience.

THE GLASS ROOM
The Glass Room at Park Plaza Liquor & Deli is a private dining space for rent in Downtown Prescott. Whether you're hosting a business luncheon, a private party, or a wine or beer tasting, our versatile space can accommodate up to thirty seated guests. It is the perfect venue for your next event.
Our private dining area is outfitted with a 70-inch, 4K television, which can be used for sports games, presentations, or any other visual displays you might need for your event. The glass wall enclosure provides privacy and noise reduction, so you can enjoy your gathering without background noise and interruptions.
PRIVATE PARTIES
When you host an event at The Glass Room, you can choose from our regular menu with sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and salads made fresh to order with only the best ingredients. We also have a variety of appetizers, including wings, pretzels, nachos, and hummus, to name a few.
Or, take advantage of our second kitchen dedicated to private events and have our chefs create something unique for your event. Whether it's passed appetizers for a cocktail hour or a 5-course pairing dinner. Our team of chefs, led by Rick Garcia, will consult with you to ensure your menu is a perfect match for your event.
We provide a full-service staff when you rent the Glass Room.
Additionally, you can choose from any bottle in the store, including bottles and cans from the beer and cider cooler and having them served at your party (*small corkage fee).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much of a deposit is required?
A $100 deposit is required to book and hold the room. This deposit is refundable a few days after your reservation and is not applied towards your final bill.
What is the minimum spend required?
A minimum spend of $500* is required for the Glassroom, which is calculated before tax and gratuity. The Prep Kitchen has both a lunch and dinner minimum. *Subject to change.
Is gratuity included in the private room booking?
Yes, a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill after the $500 subtotal is reached.
Can we split the bill into separate checks?
Unfortunately, we do not offer separate checks. However, we can provide one food bill and one beverage bill if needed.
Can we get Happy Hour pricing in the private room?
Happy Hour pricing is not available in the private room. If you wish to enjoy Happy Hour discounts, you are welcome to visit the bar or counter and pay separately at that time.
How many guests can the private room hold?
The Glassroom can accommodate up to 30 guests and the Prep Kitchen up to 38 guests.
